1. Scope of the policy

This exchange policy applies to the Eutradefl online store and all furniture and home products sold in Poland. Upon receipt of goods, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may apply for an exchange in accordance with this policy.

2. Exchange period

The customer may apply for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods if the product does not meet their expectations. Orders older than 14 days are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange conditions

The product for exchange must be undamaged; only minor signs of use that do not affect its resale value are acceptable. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Once the exchange conditions are met, the customer can take advantage of the 14-day exchange without giving a reason and apply for a product exchange without needing to explain their reasons.

6. Submitting an exchange request

The customer must submit an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the goods via email: info@eutradeflinc.com, providing the order number and product information.

7. Customer service confirmation

Eutradefl customer service will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the product meets the exchange conditions, and will provide instructions for the further process and logistical information.

8. Product return requirements

The product must be returned in its original packaging, protected against damage, along with all accessories and instructions, to the address:

9. Shipping costs

Shipping costs related to the exchange are covered by Eutradefl. The customer does not have to pay any additional fees. The company will provide a refund for shipping costs or a courier label for returning the product.

10. Product inspection

Upon receipt of the returned product, Eutradefl will conduct an inspection to ensure that the product meets the exchange conditions (undamaged or with minor signs of use that do not affect its resale value).

11. Shipment of replacement product

After a positive inspection, Eutradefl will ship the replacement product within 2 business days and provide tracking information so the customer can monitor delivery.
