We have tried to find durable, long-lasting parts that are also suitable for Finland's – even ridiculously harsh – summer conditions. The grill is assembled by welding. This is rare, as many grills are assembled by screwing. Robustness is also enhanced by the sturdy grates, warming racks, and lid of the grill. The griller's assembly woes have been alleviated, so the grill is delivered to your home 99 percent pre-assembled in a wooden crate. The only thing that needs to be done before assembly is to attach the side panel. This takes a few minutes in total. After that, the barbecue party can begin.

ABOUT THE GRILL

The grill has a huge grilling surface. The grates are truly sturdy and long-lasting. Below them, the first interesting detail is revealed: the heat distribution plates. Traditionally, heat distribution plates are located above the burners, but in this grill, they are also on the sides. The laterally placed heat distribution plates allow heat to be directed to a specific burner in the grill. At the same time, you can grill vegetables on one burner and meat on another – at different temperatures or for indirect grilling. Of course, there is a warming rack on the grilling surface, and behind it, a gas-powered rear burner for keeping food warm or even for rotisserie cooking. Please note that the rotisserie spit is not included and must be purchased separately.

Another interesting detail is the inclusion of a smoker box as part of the grill's equipment. Here's how it works: the top heat distribution plate is removed from its place, the smoker box is placed on the burner, and the grill instantly transforms into a smoker.

There is also solidity and durability at the burner level. The material of these has been spared no expense to ensure they last at least 10 years, if not more. You don't get that from a supermarket grill.

SIDE BURNER

The third interesting detail is in the side burner. This infrared burner is recessed below the side level. The reason, of course, is wind and heat distribution. The wind does not interfere with the burner's heat production, and the heat is utilized better. The burner itself is made of brass.

CABINET AND STORAGE

KOBE has two large drawers with a soft-close mechanism on the left side and a cabinet on the right side. The cabinet door has a fourth neat little detail, as a paper towel holder is attached to the door. After all, we all know how easily the wind can carry away paper towels.

STORAGE AND CLEANING

At the front of the grill, there is a grease tray that can be easily pulled out. Additionally, there is a grease collection cup into which the liquid drains.

The grill is designed to withstand harsh and rough weather. Many of its materials come from the same suppliers who manufacture their grills for Australia's humid and salty climate. So it will last! However, we recommend a protective cover during storage.

Return Policy

1. Scope of the policy

This exchange policy applies to the Eutradefl online store and all furniture and home products sold in Poland. Upon receipt of goods, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may apply for an exchange in accordance with this policy.

2. Exchange period

The customer may apply for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods if the product does not meet their expectations. Orders older than 14 days are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange conditions

The product for exchange must be undamaged; only minor signs of use that do not affect its resale value are acceptable. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

4. 14-day exchange without giving a reason

Once the exchange conditions are met, the customer can take advantage of the 14-day exchange without giving a reason and apply for a product exchange without needing to explain their reasons.

5. Exchange process overview

The exchange process includes: submitting a request → customer service confirmation → product return → inspection by Eutradefl → replacement product shipment. Each step is explained in detail by customer service.

6. Submitting an exchange request

The customer must submit an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the goods via email: info@eutradeflinc.com, providing the order number and product information.

7. Customer service confirmation

Eutradefl customer service will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the product meets the exchange conditions, and will provide instructions for the further process and logistical information.

8. Product return requirements

The product must be returned in its original packaging, protected against damage, along with all accessories and instructions, to the address:

9. Shipping costs

Shipping costs related to the exchange are covered by Eutradefl. The customer does not have to pay any additional fees. The company will provide a refund for shipping costs or a courier label for returning the product.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Eutradefl will conduct an inspection to ensure that the product meets the exchange conditions (undamaged or with minor signs of use that do not affect its resale value).

11. Shipment of replacement product

After a positive inspection, Eutradefl will ship the replacement product within 2 business days and provide tracking information so the customer can monitor delivery.

Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all furniture, home products, and accessories sold by Eutradefl in Poland. The policy explains that users can request an order cancellation and receive a refund if they are not satisfied with the received product within a specified period.
